The story of a Golden Globe nominated actress who’s done much of it and advice to those who want to do it!, this and that for cool November day

Just saw “12 Years a Slave“‘ what a great film, such a bleak sad story.  Wonderful performances by everyone, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Michael  FassbenderBrad Pitt.. The tragedy of slavery, which started over a 2000 years ago and still goes on today, is one of the darkest blots on the page book of humanity.  Just been reading a book about the stealing of free blacks in New York, for the bounty money.  Being born a slave is terrible enough, but to be free with your life and a family and then to be kidnapped to be made a slave must have been unimaginable.   Although the film is much lower key, than the terrific “Django”, my guess is it’s a bit closer to the truth.

Trans Fat might kill you, surprise surprise and some food colouring may be on its way out.  Makes food look pretty (cheese the Brits fault, yellow is attractive). Hopefully processed food will be banned one day, and we will work a bit harder to provide natural meals, which will go bad if you don’t eat them, but so what they won’t kill you.

Delicious Cheese!

Monsanto maybe your days are numbered at least in the Western world.

  • Will you help me find someone with League 43 that I can talk to? I have been trying since Christmas day to get
in touch with them. I understand that you are a member. I wrote a very funny romantic comedy book, that i think has great potential as a film that I would love to show someone. If you know anyone at League 43 or
if you know of someone looking for a film winner, please let me know. I live in North Idaho.
    Thank You,
